UDID for people with disabilities is an identification card for a person with a disability (PWD). The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities initiated the Unique Disability Identity Document (UDID) project. It aims at building an integrated system for the issuance of UDID and Disability Certificate. The complete process of applying for UDID for People with Disabilities can be completed on the Swavlambancard site. This video explains how you can apply for UDID on the Swavlambancard site.

The card includes the demographic details and disability-related information of PWD across the country. A person having a disability that is under RPWD Act 2016 is eligible for the UDID.
